Payment Forms

Please submit your completed billing form accompanied by your Order of Appointment to aoccaaff-grp@nmcourts.gov within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of your appointment. If a payment form does not exist for your appointment please contact CAAP as soon as possible so that we can assist in the billing process.
